Meet The YoCoaches

Now, about our YoCoaches. These are the people who will call you several times a day to check in on your diet. They are the ultimate weight loss support team. Don’t bother to talk back to them or throw out excuses (“But my boss yelled at me, my ex called, and my favorite donuts were on special!”), because the calls are pre-recorded and the coaches can’t hear you! The coaches don’t care about excuses, they just care if you press 1 (“I did a little better eating healthy and not over eating!”) or press 2 (“I goofed up…”).

As you’ll see below, Mike will help you strengthen your willpower, Isabella gets you eating healthy, and Sean gets you in the right mindset to get slim. Finally, real diet help from your own, personal weight loss coaches!

Mike

Mike is an ex-Navy SEAL, who now runs a “boot camp” in Texas to whip couch potatoes into shape. On the calls, Mike gives you tips to help strengthen and gain confidence in your willpower. Did you know practicing new, healthy eating habits actually “re-wires” your brain, so you’re more likely to keep up those new habits?

Mike is a huge outdoors fan. He swears fresh air helps you lose weight. (Although studies show it does help if you actually move while you’re outside!) Mike loves baseball, football, camping, fishing, and music—sunny Sunday afternoons are spent BBQ’ing with friends and strumming away on his guitar. Mildly off-key, but those dimples save him every time.

Most nights Mike eats lean protein and lots of vegetables for dinner, but Friday is Pizza Night. “Pizza is fine, but don't overdo it. Replace one or two slices of pizza with a salad loaded with different vegetables. Don't bust a belt buckle.”

Sean

Years ago, Sean lost a plum job on a day-time soap because he of his weight. The telly adds ten pounds, luv. He applied the same principles that made him a successful actor to lose weight. Now he shares them with you—think slim, act slim, be slim. It's all in the attitude. 

After you hear his British accent, you’ll understand why so many people respond to him.

After growing up in rainy England, you’d think Sean would steer clear of water. But he loves fish wrapped in tin foil with some olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper and baked in the oven. Sean also loves the ocean—especially sunsets over the ocean. He says breathing in and out is like waves washing the sand. Sean was on the national Swim Team and still tries to swim twice a week to stay in shape.

Isabella

Isabella is a Latin-American, Nutrition-Spouting, Yoga-Instructing, Earth-Mother Goddess, Weight-Loss Coach from California. She is, self-admittedly, obsessed with telling it how it is—processed food will make you fat, cherish your natural shape, and a healthy mind is as important as a healthy body. Isabella's classes are tough but her clients swear they feel a size smaller the next morning, and a little sassier.

Isabella is hoping to change the world, one whole-grain, half-sugar, walnut, and chocolate chip cookie at a time. Isabella loves feeding people and sharing her healthy food and recipe ideas. A self-confessed chocoholic, she eats a few squares of dark chocolate every day. Isabella thought of the snack pack concept (always have a container of washed and chopped fruits and raw veggies with you to snack on -- fab way to satisfy snack attacks!), to get people to eat more fruit and veggies every day.
