Good Food
We encourage you to eat more of the good stuff and less of the bad stuff. Studies show you can eat up to 20% less of those fattening foods, without feeling deprived. So, don't ban your favorite foods from your life, just eat less of them. YoCoach Isabella reminds you -- over and over -- what healthy foods you should eat more of, plus we regularly email food and recipe ideas to inspire you.
We never suggest strict meal plans. Why? Well, we don't want you to fall off the wagon once you're done with us. You will eat the foods your tastebuds tingle over, but you'll get better at figuring out when you're moderately full (not stuffed!) and putting down the fork a little sooner. During our weeks together, you’ll develop a track record of eating better and moving more. You’ll have resisted the 3 p.m. cookie call more days than not. Imagine, confidence in your ability to make better food choices!

YoCoach Sean is a strong believer in visualization as an important and valuable weight-loss tool. He’ll give you mental tricks to start thinking, acting, and picturing yourself slim, which you certainly need to become slim. Ask any sports psychologist.

Sneak a few in here and there throughout the day, and you’ll strengthen your muscles. And more muscles = higher metabolism. That translates into weight loss.
