
YoDiet’s Basic subscription gives you 6 weeks to establish better eating habits,
get slim, and strengthen your willpower. Imagine being calm and confident in your
ability to step away from “bad” food when you want to—now that’s willpower!
And hopefully you’ll be a little lighter. Or a lot! (Losing just one pound a week
would translate into a 6-pound slimmer you, losing two pounds a week would translate
into a 12-pound slimmer you.) Picture that.
The six-week subscription costs $69—about $1.65 a day. Don’t worry about choosing
between the Basic Subscription (6 weeks) or Premium Subscription (12 weeks).
There is no “wrong” subscription for anyone. If you buy the shorter 6-week Basic
Subscription, but later realize you’d like our help for longer, you can add
additional months with the Give Me More (4 weeks) extension.
During the sign-up process, you schedule YoCoach calls—then we call when your
willpower is MIA. You can change your call schedule at any time, real time, on
the website. The coaches will call you within ten minutes of your requested call
time. On the pre-recorded calls, the coaches will ask you—in their own individual
way—if you’ve been eating better.
Pressing 1
You’ll feel justified to press 1 if you’ve eaten a little better than usual.
You are now judge and jury—this is how you’ll learn to eat well. Maybe you chose
a healthy snack like fruit and low-fat cheese instead of cookies. Maybe you didn’t
stuff yourself like a turkey at dinner. After you press 1, the YoCoach will
congratulate you. Congrats! Well done! We knew you could do it! Isabella might
remind you to eat more fruits and vegetables; Mike might give you willpower tips;
Sean might give you an “act slim” exercise. You might also get homework (like a quick
stomach tightening exercise) and you’ll earn another YoPoint.
Pressing 2
If you’ve had a run in with a bag of chips or a candy bar, or gone back for seconds
even though the voice in your head said you’d had enough, you press 2. The coaches will
nudge you back towards normal, healthy eating. Maybe Isabella will remind you how to
eat well, Mike will teach you that willpower is like a muscle—sometimes it is
fatigued and needs to be rested, or Sean will give you an “acting slim lesson”.
And you might get a quick exercise to do on the spot. We put you in the right
frame of mind to get slim.
The call volume is designed to decrease as you gain strength and confidence in
your willpower, leaving you independent with better eating habits.

YoCoach Emails
Every evening the YoCoach team emails you with a good recipe, an exercise tip, willpower advice, tips to keep you thinking slim and acting slim, etc.
